Hi guys!
I am trying to remember something i did years ago where little gem lettuce, peas, and stock were simmered together on the stove but i can't recall what else if anything was in it and what to do with it!?!?
could any of you help?
I am having friends round for dinner tomorrow to celebrate my birthday and am doing twice baked emmental souffle to start, pannacotta and raspberries for dessert and was hoping to do chicken breast stuffed with spinach and wrapped in bacon. I wanted something light to go with the chicken and thought the lettuce and pea thing would be good.
Any help or alternatives would be gratefully received.
