I use the flowers to decorate puddings. Home-made mousse always looks right posh.
You can also crystallise them as sweets, or place one in each section of an ice cube tray.
Goes right well with the cucumber doorstops when the vicar or John Presscot calls.

Filbert's right about the hairs. The leaves are best eaten very young and they do taste slightly cucumbery. Haven't got enough this year to put in ice cube trays but love that idea.Bright Blessings
