    I've used the jam sugar from Asda and it's great. I made raspberry jam and followed the recipe on the sugar bag and it turned out fantastic Maybe that's of some help Two Sheds?

        Yes it is. I dont know in what quantities, but its worked very well for both cranberry sauce and raspberry jam

          I left it overnight, and it's now set in the pan - so there IS enough pectin in raspberries, they just hide it to vex you
