I made loganberry jam yesterday and i must say im very pleased with it
my freezer is now half empty and i am hoping to empy it later in the week making sloe jelly. I live in Guernsey and you wouldn't believe how hard it was to find a sugar therm and a jelly bag. in the end settled for some muslim. Im thinking that you would just tie up the corners and hang it? how many layers should i use? The last jelly i made was blackberry and i just sieved it and used the pulp.(wasn't cloudy) is a jelly bag really needed? also wish i could use this bl***y comp. properly to print out own labels any sites anybody
