Refreezing Food?

Hi Folks,

My boys love the IKEA meatballs (frozen) and my question is can I refreeze them once cooked?

as long as you cook them properly they are fine to freeze again, can you not separate them before defrosting? as that is better, cos they go a bit rubbery after they have been frozen cooked then frozen again.

Yep can seperate them.

you can freeze all food twice, once when raw and once when cooked, simple rule.
