  • Overcooked strawberry jam

    I've made up a batch of strawberry jam but have overcooked it and it's really too stiff to spread.

    Any ideas what I can use it for as a cooking ingredient rather than a spread?

        i'm making queen of puddings tonight, it does look good doesn't it ..... found it by accident, never tried it ...... with tarts, you can put the jam in after you cooked the bases to save it being cooked again
