I did that at Christmas, and ended up with lovely chocolate toffee. Still, I melted it down the next day, added a slab of milk chocolate, gave it a beating and it turned out fine in the end.

Next year, it's chilli chocolate fudge for us here; keeps the kids away from it. Now that's Mwa ha ha ha...

Lots of out of date cream that hadn't gone niffy yet. Got a big tray of it now, I'm sure when my OH's kids come to stay this weekend it won't last long.

Perhaps I could send it out to the Grapes in little wedding cakes boxes, hmmm on second thoughts, might just scoff it with a cuppa. Get the kettle on!

        Mwa ha ha ha ha....

I found a Waitrose recipe for 'no cook coconut ice', and I reckon it would adapt nicely to a 'no cook fudge'.

          Coconut Ice - Easy No-cook Recipe recipe - Waitrose.com

I made some 'coconut candy' (anyone else remember that, with the brown fudgy basis and some bigger flakes of coconut?) by replacing the condensed milk with the caramel version, and I reckon that by missing out the coconut and adding some vanilla essence (and extra icing sugar) you would get a great fudge! There is also a chocolate 'condensed milk' and I might try making chocolate fudge using that, but also adding some extra chocolate....

Remember the traybake that was a combination of fudgey caramel, coconut, crushed digestive biscuits, cherries and marshmallows. All sort of mixed together then you'd roll it up in greaseproof, chill it then slice. Yum!

It's with all that flouncy around you're doing zazen, it's burning off the calories. I used to teach Diet and Nutritin to adults, should know better, do as I say and all that nonsense.
