OK made some lime curd yesterday and today it seems to of seperated into a white bit and a green bit.Any ideas?

I have a feeling I should remember the answer from school cookery lessons when we made lemon curd and got 'what could go wrong' comments, but my memory won't drag up the right page.Flowers come in too many colours to see the world in black-and-white. -
