did anyone follow the tomato relish published in last months gyo ?

i ve just sampled some of mine that i made following the recipe and its awesome stuff.

sounds good...might try it...i've just made tom + Chilli chutney....which has a nice kick!!

Did the tomato and ale chutney from a couple of months back - really nice. I want to have a go at the relish but I've run out of tomatoes. Lucky you to still have some on the go!

Well i tried the Roast Tomato Relish and it is delish (only sampled from licking the spoon as its got to mature apparently), much more if a success than my chilli jam - this one is actually thick as opposed to runny like water!
