Making a double batch tonight along with a pot of High Dumpsy Dearie Jam. I don#'t see how cooks stand up for so long at a time. I'm drinking medicinal port for the lower lumbar and foot pain! Thought I'd update the conversion above as just found out that fluid ounces convert to millilitres. There is a minute difference in the numbers but I guess important to note since one uses measuring cups and not a scale for millilitres.
