    Let me have your address and I'll come round and do a tasting!! I'm sure that after a couple of hours I'll find the brandy!!!

      I've used an orange liquer in mine (think it came from Italy) as I didn't have any brandy. Am sure it'll be fine.

      Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.

      Which one are you and is it how you want to be?

        I think Gran Duc is the same Spanish brandy we bought when we were in Spain last Christmas (a very similar name anyway). OH said it was 'OK but nothing special' to drink, so I would have thought that made it excellent for cooking.
        Flowers come in too many colours to see the world in black-and-white.
