French beans cooked with garlic, mustard and chorizo - aubergines roasted with garlic, olive oil, chilli and cheddar - courgettes, cucumber and cherry toms. Beetroot in balsamic on the side.

Tonight pork escalope with a sage sauce, new potatoes, carrots and peas.
Last of the leftover trifle.

Change of plan…bbq tomorrow evening instead

Too tired after working in this heat so a very quick pasta dish with courgette, shallots , red wine and a pile of Parmesan cheese and crispy fresh bread.

Just enough room left for the melon!

Last night was scampi, homemade tartare sauce, new potatoes and a big salad.

Tonight I'm not sure yet. If the courgettes are up to full production it might be this:

I haven't tried it yet but found the recipe last year and my sister tried it and said it was very good.
