Also, revive my sourdough starter and do something with some short-dated chicken I bought yesterday. Not sure what yet. We love doro wat, but I've already got several meals' worth in the freezer. Maybe a curry of some variety?
Last night we just had a sandwich as my husband had been awake with acid the night before (overdose of cheese possibly. And cake, and cream.)
Today he must be feeling back to normal as he fancies prawn curry and naan. I'll try and get him to eat early.

Tonight I'm going to bake a gammon joint. We'll have it with jacket potatoes and some kind of salad and maybe roast beetroot.
Week off the diet this week. Going reasonably so far. The week on/off thing seems odd, but I think it's the only way we'll stick to it, plus it makes me very aware of portion sizes so as to avoid putting it back on. Anyway, there's chicken in the house so no surprises here:
