Well, there are times when a success feels like a bad thing. Pizza using dough from the freezer cooked in a gas oven (admittedly using a pizza steel) turned out to be much, much better than I expected. Oh dear. Now we'll just want more...

Lunch: imam bayildi.
Supper: spiced carrot and apple soup.

Might try for a loaf of bread using the pizza steel to give it a bit of oomph from underneath.
