Cooking tonight (Mk3)

Tagliatelle, bol, garlic bread and a glass of red.

Salmon marinated in teriyaki and honey , rice and salad. Maybe couple of eggs in the salad too weve just picked up from neighbours egg box.

Ragù smelled so good yesterday that Mr Snoop asked for that, so spag bol yesterday instead of liver stroganoff. So... liver stroganoff today.

Seared wood pigeon breast, red kale and linguine with a tomatoey sauce.

I think tonight will be roast gammon, tomato, pesto and mozzarella bake, garlic mushrooms, potato scallops, and celery braised in white wine.

Liver and onions with cabbage, carrots and peas.

Ham and quail egg salad wrap
prunes and yog for pud

Lunch: pizza.
Supper: lentil soup

Bread to bake while the oven is hot for lunch.

Lockdown lentils for us too tonight.
Lentil and spinach curry with chapattis and salad

I defrosted a ‘veggie stew’ tonight but it turned out to be a hot pot, so we’ll be having that with peas.
Just a small portion as my tummy didn’t appreciate last nights supper

Tonight more of yesterday's ham joint, jacket potato and mixed roast vegetables.

Lunch today was cheesy Pasta which i shared with my little boy,

Supper will be Roast Beef with all the trimmings.

Same as yesterday. Dough already prepared and leftover soup. Makes for an easy life. And saves on washing-up.

Bread was better this time, so problem isn't the oven but the flour. Probably need to reduce water in the dough a bit due to water vapour in gas, but other than that, very pleased.
