Cooking tonight (Mk3)

Spghetti Bolognaise tonight. The basil plants needed trimming.

Pork shoulder in dried fruit, done in the pressure cooker. Mr Snoop will be pleased. Might do some mash for a change. Not sure about the veg yet.

Pork in black bean sauce, stir-fried veg and udon noodles.

Poached salmon and cod with various veg followed by blackcurrant type cheesecake without the biscuit

Tonight has been chicken and vegetable curry and naan ( my absolute favourite at the moment).

Tonight is going to be meatballs, mashed potato, carrots, cabbage and peas with a creamy gravy/sauce ( I copied off Ikea's)

Just munching cheese on toast, will be having sponge pudding later.

Sourdough flatbread wraps filled with Cajun chicken (own mix), spinach, asparagus, fresh coriander and minty yog dressing.

Feta and egg tumble salad followed by strawberry tart.

A mix of spinach, onion, garlic and cashews, topped off with runny eggs and garlic croutons. Probably sit it on linguine.

Cornish pasties, chips and beans.

Chicken breasts stuffed with sausage, boursin &olives (and herbs) , had with green salad and tomato&mozz salad, wedges
