    • Cheese and homemade Chilli Jam sandwiches for lunch today ~(i do eat a lot of cheese... is it possible to eat too much?)

      • Tonight will be more of yesterday's stew but with dumplings, mashed potatoes and cabbage.
        Peteyd we munch our way through lots of cheese too. Too much???? No, not for me. I can eat mountains of cheese, particularly blue varieties.

          never been much of a blue cheese person myself, My wife adores it though.

          Lunch was the old faithful cheese sandwich.

          Supper is Salmon with Courgette, Green bean and Peanut salad.

              • Lunch: more fish and more veg. Just as well we like fish and veg! Yogurt and blueberries for pud.

                Supper: minestrone soup. Sardines for Mr Snoop.

                  • usual lunch - although i did chuck in some sun dried tomatoes today... just mix things up a bit!

                    Supper tonight will be lamb shanks, Mash and whatever veg i can muster up out of the fridge. i have to say, i do love a bit of lamb.

                            We're doing 5-2, five days dieting, two days off. So proper puds are on the cards for this weekend.
