Tonight pork escalope with a sage sauce, potatoes dauphinoise, purple sprouting broccoli (a present from my neighbour) and carrots.

Lunch today was a cheese and tomato pasta bake

Supper tonight will be Seabass, Courgettes, Asparagus and another vegetable. We always have fish on good friday.

Homemade pizzas tonight!
one garlic butter, one seafood and tomato and the other salami and cheese

plus a side salad

Yesterday we got a chicken from the local butcher, spatchcooked it and popped it on the bbq.

Tonight . Will marinade some pork steaks on harissa and honey ready for bbqing with some local cumberland sausage .

It was cold here this morning so I fancied proper Winter grub. Stew is cooking now in the slow cooker and I've mixed up some Yorkshire pudding batter to go in the oven later.

Spag bol (with red peppers, and garlic greens) topped with garlic croutons. Leaf salad on the side.

Indoor picnic today for lunch. Something a bit different.

Supper was Welsh rarebit on Mushrooms.
