This evening we're having a sausage and veg casserole.

Since Winter is forcast for tonight and tomorrow:- Steak and Kidney pie, with brocolli, fried leek and fried courgette.

Rioja for me, cider or sweet marsala for her and probably cider for the lad.

More of yesterday's stew with dumplings, mashed potatoes and purple sprouting broccoli.

Lunch was a Artichoke and Salami Pizza

Supper tonight will be Roast Loin of Lamb, Roast Potatoes, Carrots, Cabbage and Asparagus

Spiced minced beef with broad beans, coriander, garlic greens and salad in flatbread sourdough wraps.

Yesterday and today - same food.
Roast lamb with jacket spuds, peas,beans and sweet potato

Sticky ginger pudding and ice cream for pud.
Oh...and a bit more Easter chocolate no doubt!

Pork loin in calvados and dried fruit. Except I've got no calvados, so apple juice and a tiny amount of whisky. Plus assorted veg.

Pizza dough for tomorrow.

Lunch today was Pasta with the last of the onions stored from last year, Garlic, Tomatoes and Spinach (and a good helping of grated cheese for good luck!)

Supper tonight will be oxtail stew. Weather like today just calls for a slow cooker dish

Took some shell-on prawns out of the freezer so stir-fry tonight with various veg and udon noodles.

Curried lentil soup for lunch then this evening we're having a corned beef pie with mushy peas.
