Cooking tonight (Mk3)

Not decided yet about today but last night we had turkey in leek sauce with mashed spuds followed by a couple of slices of Soreen I found at the bottom of the freezer ( hidden from OH!!) yum.

Stilton burgers on homemade rolls, mixed salad, assorted pickles.

Stilton burgers sound like just my cup of tea, so to speak. Any chance of sharing the recipe?

Pork escalope, potatoes dauphinoise, tomato, pesto and mozzarella bake, beer battered onion rings and asparagus.

Linguini, farm shop sausages, tom sauce, garlic greens and spinach.

Defrosted some curry from the freezer - could tell instantly by the taste that I had made it with home grown tomatoes!

In the end we had bbq pork chops with broccoli, spuds and peas

Meals have been a bit haywire recently. Yesterday ended up being asparagus and pea risotto.

Lunch: omelette, chips and salad. The potatoes are starting to go a bit mouldy... That's my excuse.

Supper: spiced carrot and apple soup.

That's just how I feel. This thread is so inspiring.

Borlotti casserole for us, not sure what with yet but I do suddenly fancy flatbread wraps to dunk in.
