Yesterday was homemade salmon fishcakes and mayonnaise, chips, peas and a salad.

Lunch: veggie burgers and salad. Chocolate for pudding... Oops.

Supper: No idea. There, that's honest!

Tonight shepherds pie with loads of vegetables in it, asparagus and gravy.

The last of our frozen IKEA meatballs with linguini in a tomatoey sauce.

Lunch: pasta with a courgette and cream sauce plus salad.
Supper: green soup.

I've got some smoked bacon wants using up, so I think tonight will be pasta with a bacon, mushroom and parmesan creamy type sauce with garlic bread and salad.

I think greens ..green beans, broccoli, spring cabbage.
Definitely not aubergine. Not a fan.

Shopping day so cherry slice mid-morning, leftover cold curry at lunch and tonight open sourdough sandwich topped with soured cream, duck egg, smoked salmon, asparagus, chives and radishes.

I think tonight will be some kind of quiche, probably including tomato, pepper, cheese and mushroom and anything else loitering in the bottom of the fridge, salad, battered onion rings and jacket potato. In fact I'll go make some shortcrust pastry now.
