Lunch today: salmon trout with assorted veg en papillote (including cherry toms I froze not last season but the one before, still better than shop bought) and lemon rice. Yummy.
Afternoon tea: two Ryvita-type crackers with chocolate and hazelnut spread. Just to make you feel better, Nicos.
Supper: no idea. Not much I imagine.

OH found at the bottom of one of our freezers a large piece of 3 bird roast left over from Xmas 2019
It was absolutely yummy served with sweet potato and broccoli
