Saw this on a cooking program so thought I would share it.
When frying say mushrooms you tip the mushrooms onto a plate and when you bring the pan back to the level some fat dribbles down the side.
You then have to wipe the dribbles off else they burn on the pan.
However once you tip the mushrooms out rotate the pan 360 degrees in the opposite direction. Result, no dribbles!
