Just tried the jar of preserved lemons that I started in March. YUM! YUM! The next time I go shopping I must buy more unwaxed lemons. These will not last too long. So good.

I read the above recipes. They were very similar and then just had a go. I have rinsed the lemon in cold water and although they do have a gorgeous taste I wouldn't describe them as salty just tangy.
