    • I've just given Mr GF a choice between salmon risotto (with various veg in of course) OR baked salmon, jacket sweet potato, and salads.

      He's picked risotto.

      One of the salads I was fancying making was Waldorf, with my own grapes and apples, but he'll probably get that tomorrow now.

          • Tonight is going to be " Creamy Shrimp Pesto Alfredo" which looks interesting with garlic bread, homemade Waldorf salad and avocado salad.

                  • Just tried out my omni stovetop oven…rhubarb Charlotte.
                    Its turned out more like a steamed sponge pud and I’m really happy with it.

                    So…Thai main course followed by sponge pudding and cream for pud!…bit of a global mix but why not eh?

                        • I think I'll use up the last of the bread to make breadcrumbs and then use them to make chicken goujons with a sage sauce, roast vegetables and couscous.

                          I'll then set the breadmaker off overnight to awaken to the smell of fresh bread in the morning. Always a good start to the day.
