I've got some mince to use and don't fancy cottage pie or anything bland. We haven't had pasta bake for months as Mr GF decided he didn't like "string" (pasta) any more. I'm thinking of making it with a short, not recognisable as string, type of pasta....and not too much pasta in it. Lots of garlicky, tomato meat sauce and bechamel sauce with mozzarella on top. Garlic bread and salad to go with it.
