Cooking tonight (Mk4)

When I asked Mr GF what he fancied tonight he just said something simple. I've still got some of the roast chicken left so I think I'll make a chicken, mushroom, sweetcorn and whatever else is loitering in the bottom of the fridge soup to have with fresh bread.

The rest of yesterdays Brisket and veg will have it in a dish this time along with a slice or two of bread.

Leftover pork from yesterday with more broccoli and romanesco. I'm going to look like a head of broccoli soon, the amount we're eating.

Forgot to say that the pork loin is going to also make pork dripping so we can enjoy a Drippin' Cake with salt on Remember them Nicos?

Lunch is fishfinger cobs with lettuce and tartar sauce then this evening soup with toasted cheese sandwiches.

Hot roast pork, stuffing and apple sauce sandwiches then peaches and ice cream.

Not sure…but OH is fancying baked beans on toast with fried egg.
