I think poached eggs on toast tonight, and another almond, cherry and yoghurt cake is going to go in the oven shortly.
Nicos, I'm in sync with you. We really enjoyed our poached eggs, and hardly any washing up. The almond, cherry and yoghurt cake mixture grew however as I decided to make two. One for us and one to be given away, as two halves, tomorrow. They are cooling now.
Tonight salmon baked with lemon and capers, carrots, broccoli, parsley sauce and I'm debating between mashed potatoes or potato scallops in beer batter.
I planted 20 broccoli plants... The first ones I picked are now producing good-sized secondary shoots. Might have to resort to broccoli soup, but they're too good for that.
Edited: all change, as went shopping with Mr Snoop and bought fresh sardines, so them and salad with grapes for afters. The broccoli can wait till tomorrow.
Oh, and there was me thinking it was a use for everything that was starting to look a bit sad in the fridge or nearing it's use-by date (or even past it, depending on what it is...).
