Anyone else think it's time I really did make the broccoli curry? We ended up having lentil stew from the freezer last night. Better be broccoli curry tonight.

I'm going to try and be a bit sneaky today. Mr GF went off pasta a good while ago, he re-christened it string. I am really fancying something lasagne-like so I'm going to make a pasta bake with a bolognese type base, plenty bechamel sauce, not too much pasta and Mozzarella cheese on top accompanied with garlic bread and salad. He can like it.....or lump it. Victoria sponge filled with blackberry jelly with a splodge of whipped cream on the side for afters.

Sea bass fillet baked with onions, courgettes and asparagus. Must go freezer diving and see if I can find some of last year's tomatoes to add to it all.
Came across a thing called a 'far breton' yesterday. Think I might try that for pudding. We didn't have the orange slices yesterday, so maybe a proper pud might be permissible today. Nicos, you ever made one of these?
