Neither of us has been remotely hungry today. We've just had mushrooms in a white tarragon sauce on toast. I'm just considering if I might manage a slice of carrot cake later...... I think so.😋

I've taken some bolognese type sauce out of the freezer. It'll go in the bottom of an Italian bake and we'll also have garlic bread.

I’m fancying something tomatoey and we have some spinach needing eating up - so it’s going to be spinach and feta pie with a spicy tomato and chilli sauce.
