Tonight will be shepherds pie with carrots and broccoli and gravy.

Ham, eggs and chips this evening.

I’m fancying chilli con carne with a side salad.
Fresh strawberries for pud

I’d forgotten - we have the mussels we bought yesterday- so those in a creamy wine sauce with fresh bread and a side salad. The chilli con carne can wait!

Pork chops, carrots and brocolli, mashed potatoes and gravy.

Beef salad sandwiches for lunch then our usual Tagliatelle and bol this evening.

Chicken diablo. No idea what with, mind. Cherries for afters, though.

Chilli con carne with rice followed by fresh oranges

Left over throw out for brunch and I'm roasting some chicken for this prevening

Meat, potato and mushroom pie, with carrots, kale and peas.

Duck breast, sweet potato mash and french beans followed by lemon macaron and cream cake
We’ll, it’s our wedding anniversary , so why not eh?

Yesterdays "something and salmon" ended up as salmon and sweetcorn risotto.

Tonight I think haggis with mashed potato, carrots, broccoli and creamy herby gravy.

Tomorrow is already thought of: some kind of coronation chicken thing if I remember to get chicken out of the freezer.
