Last night was mushroom, prawn, sweetcorn and pea risotto.
Tonight I think will be steak and mushroom pie, mashed potatoes, swede and cabbage with gravy. In fact I think I'll go and out the braising steak in the slow cooker now along with some mushrooms and a carrot and parsnip.
Last night, last of the pork with cabbage and mash. Not very appealing on the plate, it has to be said, but very tasty.
Going to see if I can do buffalo cauliflower. Served with salad and coleslaw. Hope the cauli's better than my recent efforts. Brownies and custard for afters (thanks, Bren).
Already made mini rondos and have sourdough crumpet dough on the go for making later on in a bit. Looks a lot more promising than the last lot. Will post on the sourdough thread if it works out well.
Supper tonight: breaded hake and cauliflower cheese.
