I've made the recipe a few times it turn out well, I don't like soggy Koftas so I omit the final instruction to bake them together in the oven.

Edited to say we're having our usual Tagliatelle and bol this evening.

                • We're up for the second half of the onion tart. A while since I last made one. Our vegetarian friend up the valley is arriving next week, so we'll be having another soon. No hardship, it was delicious.

Didn't make the jam tarts in the end, but will make some this afternoon. I added a bit more water than I ordinarily would to the pastry yesterday. Rolls out like a dream. Must remember this for future pastry.

Edited to add: Thanks for the tip, Bren In Pots.

                    peaches and cream.

                          • Probably a quiche for us too. Seems a bit much after the onion tart, but we enjoyed that so much Mr Snoop is up for something similar and there's the last of the pastry to use up. As much salady stuff with it as I can find in the fridge.

                            • We've had a salmon salad for lunch (extra salmon I baked the other day).

Tonight soup. I gave Mr GF the choice of chicken and veg soup or tomato soup. He's picked tomato so I'll make that later. The smell from the breadmaker woke me up this morning so we've got fresh bread to have with it.

The last of the peaches too for afters.
