Cooking tonight (Mk4)

Last night was mushrooms with garlic and tarragon in a white sauce on toast.

Tonight chicken something??

It's not going to be chicken after all, as I bought some haggis while I was in Sainsbury's. We'll have haggis with mashed potatoes and swede, carrots, PSB and a creamy gravy with, at Mr GF's suggestion, a hint of whisky in it.

Last night was chicken pasta from the freezer. Tonight may have to be soooop, one of the 57 varieties as I'm so busy with the baking! So far a lemon drizzle, coffee and walnut, mini Victoria cakes, salted chocolate shortcake biscuits, Rocky Road and mince pies. Phew!

I'm going to make chicken and vegetable soup in the slow cooker.

Because somebody has put the idea in my head I'll make mincemeat tart as well to have with a splodge of brandy cream.

Mushrooms, green lentils, carrots and a mixed beans.
