Cooking tonight (Mk4)

Probably due to the fact that he overdosed on fresh strawberry jam buns when we got back from shopping Mr GF has already decided that he won't want much to eat tonight. Therefore probably leftover soup tonight and fresh bread.

I am having a real fancy for battered onion rings so tomorrow hopefully something that will go with a mini mountain of them........

A Veg lasagne this evening with french beans.

Sweet potatoes with cream cheese and salad sandwiches for lunch.

Pumpkin and chickpea curry
Maybe followed by pumpkin pie! - or clementines

Salmon, mashed potatoes, peas and carrots.
Stewed apple and icecream.

Tonight I'm thinking haggis, mashed potato and swede, cabbage and creamy gravy.....still no onion rings on the menu.

Minced steak, mushrooms, onions and mashed potato with gravy.
Stewed apple and custard.

Nibbles of anchovy stuffed olives, baby tomatoes, cucumber batons and feta cheese.

Salmon, sweetcorn and pea risotto.

Ham and split pea casserole with fresh bread.
Fresh fruit salad for pud

Hot dogs again this time with warm pasta, mushrooms and Stilton.

Chicken stirfry with lots of veg and rice.

500g of mince has made 4 individual pies and a cottage pie all for the freezer
