I’m in a ‘cabbage day’ sort of mood too!

Roast chicken, jacket sweet potato and chopped Savoy cabbage with apple sauce.

More clementines for pud - the ones I have are absolutely delish!

Tonight prawn, courgette and pea and sweetcorn risotto (still my husbands favourite) and a small salad.
Last of the apple and blackberry pie, leftover from Sunday, and cream.

Chicken, leek and celeriac pie last night, with a mashed potato top and steamed cabbage. (Chicken and stock was from Mondays roast )

Didn't make apple crumble in the end but roasted some apple in with the chops. Yummy.

Supper tonight: sausage, pepper and white bean casserole from the freezer.

Sausage for us too tonight with last nights left over veg.
The chicken and stock remaining will be used in a spicy Thai noodle probably tomorrow

Fresh fruit salad for pud.

Similar for us too - lentil and red pepper curry with fresh coriander, lettuce and toms in chapatti wraps.

Curry here too. Butter chicken with naan. Obviously my own onion and peppers in it.

Tonight steak with pepper sauce, garlic bread, courgette fritters, baked tomatoes and homemade Waldorf salad.
