Thanks Snoop, they were good. Bought a bag of gram flour so trying to find different uses for it.

As I have some minced beef to use, tonight will be cottage pie with broccoli, carrots and gravy.

I always fancy what others are having. After reading that Bren was having corned beef pie this week I have already moved a tin to the 'fridge and I'm planning on having corned beef hash in the next few says.

Fish and veg morphed into doro wat from the freezer with green beans. Delicious it was too and probably reasonably dieticious as well.

Saag aloo and rice with sourdough naans and a yoghurt dip.

I've taken boneless chicken thighs out of the freezer. I think it's going to be chicken and sweet potato curry with naan tonight.

I think tonight might be the corned beef hash, with a couple of eggs on top each, that I have been fancying all week.

We had chicken thighs stewed with prunes and assorted veg, plus Brussels sprouts yesterday.
