Using the stock from the lamb chops and chicken bones it’ll be Thai chicken noodles tonight with rhubarb jelly

Complete change of plan here because I realised I had fresh chicken thighs that needed using or freezing....and I never have freezer space to spare.

Therefore, breaded chicken goujons with a sage sauce, roast vegetables (onion, garlic, peppers, mushrooms and sweet potato)and couscous.

Sourdough flatbread wraps last night, filled with cod cooked in lemon, lettuce, spring onion and beetroot.

Our usual Saturday evening tagliatelle and bol. veggie wraps for lunch.

I think tonight is going to be prawn and whatever is hanging about in the fridge risotto

Bought lots of bone-in, skinless chicken thighs at Lidl yesterday. Will make a big pot of chicken dopiaza, some for tonight and most for the freezer. Rice and some kind of spicy veg to accompany.

Chocolate magdalenas for gifts and for us and the freezer.

Looks like we’re going to a bbq tomorrow so I’ve no idea as yet.

Toad in the Hole, with kale, carrots and peas.

BBQ at a friends house.
Pork chops and sausages, potato wedges and salad followed by a fresh fruit salad apparently.

Smoked bacon, boiled charlottes, cabbage (with sun dried toms) and asparagus sprinkled with truffle salt.

Salmon baked with lemon and capers, potato dauphinoise, carrots, broccoli and homemade tartare sauce.

It's sweltering hot but Mr Snoop is fed up of salady food, apparently. So it'll be chicken casserole done in the pressure cooker with beans, carrots and potatoes.
