Dug a load of volunteer spuds yesterday, so last night - mini (in their skins) roasties cooked with garlic, olive oil, rosemary and sea salt, pigeon breast, beetroot with horseradish and courgettes.
I still have the chicken thighs we were going to have yesterday fully defrosted in the freezer so it will either be chicken curry and naan or an adaptation of this: Summer-in-winter chicken recipe | BBC Good Food https://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/...winter-chicken that I spotted while browsing, with rice or garlic bread.
