Toast bread and a cinnamon and raisin loaf too.

A veggie and bean soup followed by jam sponge pudding and custard.

Frittata last night with garlicky croutons and side salad of rocket, radicchio and shredded cabbage.
Cajun chicken tonight with brown rice, fennel, beetroot, cabbage, rocket and fresh toms.

Last night was pasta, bacon, mushroom, parmesan, olives etc in a creamy sauce with garlic bread.

Tonight will be prawn, courgette, sweetcorn and pea risotto with a tomato, rocket and avocado (4 yellow sticker discounts) side salad.

More of the same as last night (cauli and chickpea jalfrezi) with nan-e-barbari bread (probably nicer than the curry if I'm honest).

I actually made 2 cottage pies - one to eat tonight and the other to freeze.
Apparently the other one isn’t going into the freezer - OH wants it tomorrow too

Ha…. Looks like I won’t be cooking tomorrow after all
Seeing as I bought a huuuge bag of clementines today it looks like that will be pud for tomorrow too

Veggie burgers with salad, pickles and chutney.
It looks like we’ll be finishing of the last cucumber of the season, I don’t buy them or Toms from the supermarket I’ve been spoilt by homegrown ones.

Veggie laksa (grated butternut, bulb fennel, loads of coriander and fresh toms).

I got chicken out of the freezer so gave my husband a choice: chicken and mushroom pie or curry. He's picked curry so it will be chicken and squash curry with naan. Maybe some kind of pie tomorrow.
