Snoop enjoyed your meal, Manchego is one of the cheeses I've seen for sale but never tried.

If it's any good, it's like a really buttery top-quality parmesan. Delicious and lovely texture.

Not easy (or cheap) to get good Manchego even here, though.

I must set the breadmaker off this evening as well as I've just given the last of the current loaf to the blackbirds.

Two curries this evening both from the freezer, a Lamb bhuna and runner bean with rice, sourdough naans and pickles.

We watched the Hairy Dieters on TV the other night ( very encouraging!) so I’ve printed off a few of their recipes.
Sweet and sour chicken tonight, although we’ll reduce the calories further and serve it with cauli rice.

Easy meal tonight. Homemade mushroom soup with freshly made bread and butter. I'll make a few garlic and herb croutons for Mr GF.

Thai red, chicken curry (with peppers and peas ftf and mushrooms) and rice noodles.

Tonight will be braising steak cooked in the slow cooker with onion, celery, carrots and mushrooms served with mashed potato and swede, beetroot and broccoli. I can already smell it.

Simple tumble salad with star guest being tinned pilchards in tomato and feta.
