I'm going to make some homemade chicken and vegetable soup. I made it last week and despite my fears that it might be too lemony it wasn't. Bread and butter with it and some garlic croutons for Mr GF.

Chicken soup here, too. Plus bread (two loaves, one for us and one for neighbours).

Lentil and spinach curry last night with soft boiled eggs, chapattis and salad.

A large selection of Dim Sum last night served with jasmine tea.

Beef and veg casserole for us this evening.

Something with mushrooms. I have enough to sink a ship!
or maybe that should read ‘ float a ship’

I got overcome by laziness yesterday. Soup was too much effort, so in the end veggie burgers and broad beans from the freezer.

Soup for lunch. More freezer diving for supper I suspect... And more bread.

Tonight sea bream fillets dredged in seasoned flour and pan fried with potato dauphinoise, carrots and broccoli with homemade tartare sauce.

At Mr GF's request, soup again. Today will be mushroom with garlic and herb croutons for him and fresh bread from the breadmaker as well.

Roast butternut with feta, walnuts and black olives. Leeks cooked in cider and oven chips.

Rather than mushroom soup and fresh bread , OH wanted mushroom and pasta followed by more fresh pineapple

Tonight Mr GF's favourite: Prawn, mushroom, sweetcorn and broccoli risotto.
I've got some cream needs using so a small trifle for pud.
