Finishing off last nights pasta but first some Dim Sum as itsChinese New Year.

The other half of last nights butternut along with lentils in a chicken laksa - topped with land cress and shredded cabbage.

Steamed veg with mushroom soy sauce. This lot of caulis are normal size, thank goodness. Broccoli florets from Green Magic sown last March. They've been amazingly productive.

Buckwheat crespelle filled with whatever comes to hand. Sausages come to mind. Yum.

Carrot and bean soup for lunch then cheese on toast this evening.

Lincolnshire sausage, lots of fried onions, mashed potato and swede, carrots, cabbage and gravy.

Leftover laksa from last night with chicken in sweet and sour sauce and cabbage - perfect quick meal after a hard day driving on motorways.

Veggie/mushroom stir fry with rice this evening.

Store bought except for the kale.

Last of the sausages in a stew in the pressure cooker (no potatoes at least).

Butter chicken curry and naan.

Saffron risotto last night topped with strips of smoked salmon. Beetroot and horseradish sauce on the side.

Chips with sausage, eggs and mushrooms.

Cottage pie with carrots, broccoli, beetroot and gravy.

Lentil and spinach curry last night (spinach from the freezer), with poppadoms and leaf salad.

Our usual Saturday evening Tagliatelle and bol.

Mackerel and salad for lunch.
