Guests wanted to go out yesterday for lunch, so in the evening a huge aubergine parmigiana.
Got a couple of small aubergine parmigianas to finish off for the freezer. But also have puff pastry taken out of the freezer to use for Bakewell pud yesterday, which didn't happen. Quiche made with puff pastry? Why not, I guess. Plus salad.
Going to start yet another sourdough starter.

Not quite sure as yet….I’m guessing it’s going to be a bit of a running buffet depending on what time we get back from the day out in the camper.
It will include the quiche and Bakewell tart and other things grabbed from the fridge. All rather pastry/ carb based I’m afraid ."Nicos, Queen of Gooooogle" and... GYO's own Miss Marple

OH fancies a bbq so we have lamb ribs and belly pork and hallumi to have with our own courgettes and french beans and bought red peppers.
We have several lemons going soft so lemon juice and yogurt slathered on the veggies will lift them nicely.
There should be enough for tomorrow night too! Win win!

Curry featuring chicken, cauli and courgette.
