breaded baked courgette with crumbled egg and leek sauce served with chopped cucumber and tomato.

Chicken casserole with more broccoli and some of our own pots, at long last. Dug up weeks ago and still not started eating them. Will probably not grow any next year if I'm still trying to lose weight.

Ran out of time yesterday, so no casserole but piperade and salad for supper. Chicken today, but Mr Snoop requests a curry instead of casserole. Better have that at lunch, otherwise I'll not sleep at night. Supper: no idea, maybe a sandwich?

I think tonight is going to be meatballs with Ikea type gravy/sauce, mashed potatoes, carrots,broccoli and beetroot. I couldn't get the Lincolnshire sausages I normally use for the meatballs so I hope the ones I've bought are as good.

Asparagus risotto in the end, last night. Has to be chicken today, though.

Edited: decided against curry. Just want an easy number, so traybake with chicken, peppers, onions, courgette and toms.

We've just had a potted meat and tomato sandwich (made with the potted meat and bread I made last night) for lunch.

Tonight salmon baked with lemon and capers, jacket sweet potatoes and either salad or roast vegetables.

I might manage some more potted meat at supper time!
