Cooking tonight (Mk4)

I'm going to make some mushroom soup for later as I seem to have vast amounts of mushrooms in the fridge.

Making soup here as well GF mine's Brambles tomato soup.

Mixed veg and tuna quiche served with corn on the cob and a chopped tomato and cucumber salad.
Most probably stewed apple for pud.

Bread. Really upping my game today: four loaves, one for us, one for the freezer, one for friend up the valley and one for friends down the valley. Fingers crossed the last loaves aren't over-proofed...

Supper: onion tart with salad.

Tonight I fancy something different so I think some Asian style prawn, pineapple, pepper, sweet and sour type dish with rice.

Mr GF is probably already panicking as he does when I get into experimental mode.

Jacket potatoes, meat balls and baked beans.

Beef stroganoff with cous cous and beetroot and a french bean salad.
Nectarine for pud

Bread - yes. Onion tart - no. Friend said not hungry so Mr Snoop and I had beans on toast. No hardship.

Tortellini minestrone soup with parmesan and sourdough.

I think tonight will be meatballs in a spicy tomato sauce, garlic bread and salad.

The onion tart and salad at long last last night. The pastry was very good for once. Mr Snoop even said it could have been thicker. Very surprising!

Fish and cauli cheese for supper tonight.

I think I'll make some chicken curry in the slow cooker and we'll have it with naan.

Last night was a quick lardons and broccoli pasta

Tonight will be pork, stewed apple ( ha!) cabbage and mashed spuds.

Got rather a lot of aubergines to use up, so imam bayildi.

Bread for us and all and sundry it feels like!
