Those sound delish Snoop . Thanks for sharing. I’ll definitely be giving them a go. Another couple of recipes saved.

Today is OH’s burpday and he’s requested steak, chips and our green beans. For pud I’ve made a trio…chocolate mousse, a sort of spiced apple crumble and apple cake with drizzled chocolate.

Veg burgers with pasta, courgettes, mushrooms, garlic with Stilton stirred in.

Today I think salmon baked with lemon and capers, roast vegetables and couscous.

We only cooked half the steak yesterday so today will be steak and gratin dauphinois with the last of the runner beans followed by
stewed apple and yog.

Veggie burgers, salad and blue cheese dressing for us tonight. I'm quite peckish as didn't have lunch. There are some oven chips left from the other day, might bung those in too.

I am fancying something a bit spicy so I'm thinking chicken and sweet potato curry in the slow cooker with naan.

Back to pea soup. No hardship. Might even make another Welsh rarebit as we enjoyed that a lot.

Tonight I'm making fish pie topped with mashed potato, slices of tomato and cheese. We'll have it with carrots and peas.
