We have some chicken stock and soup left from last night and a few bendy veg in the fridge. So, tonight will be a veggie casserole followed by a pomello.

The fridge is looking a bit bare so tonight meatballs (back out of the freezer) in a spicy tomato sauce, garlic bread (back out of the freezer) and an avocado, olive, orange and walnut salad.
Mixed veg stir-fry last night with udon noodles and topped with sliced raw bulb fennel that had sat for half an hour in a marinade of toasted sesame oil, flaked sea salt and plenty of lime juice.
Due to a loaf of brick like bread that I'm going to zap into breadcrumbs I think I'll use some up to make pork escalope with jacket potato or jacket sweet potato and homemade coleslaw.
A veggie curry dahl thing. Sweet potatoes, squash, onions, garlic, carrots, peppers, red lentils and chickpeas, garam masala, cumin, stock cubes and turmeric plus some other spices that I can't remember now!
It's yummy!
