A piece of pork loin (2 kg or so) to 'roast' in the pressure cooker with dried fruit (prunes and the like). Some for tonight and tomorrow, the rest to get portioned up for the freezer.
Already baked the muffins that I made the mixture for yesterday. Always a winner, this mixture. Happy to share if anyone interested.
