We have loads of homegrown lettuce in the fridge so tonight will be a tumble salad featuring tuna and sweetcorn etc with homemade Irish soda bread and sourdough.

Beef stew tonight cooked slowly in the slow cooker and a Yorkshire pudding cooked in the new oven.
